Hump Day Exercise Accountability Monday: *HIIT video using an exercise step *Another cardio video also using the step *1.5 mile treadmill walk w/a little incline Tuesday: *Resistance Bands - upper body mostly *TUT Strength Training - 4 of 5 moves done with new 15lb weights. Bicep curls still at 12lbs. 🤷♀️ *1 mile treadmill walk w/ incline Wednesday: *Warm-up walking video *HIIT video using an exercise step *Walking video w/arms *Planned walk after the mini meeting! ***All 3 days workouts were done fasted!! Felt good all days! 💪💪💪
