TRX last night was different last night. The instructor used a portion of a deck of cards to make up the routine as we went. Each suit was assigned to a specific movement, the number of the card was how many repeats. We each took a turn pulling a card. Thank goodness there were straps to hold onto as pistol squats came up in a row. Lol It was a nice change, honestly I would be happy with anything just getting the muscles working is my goal.
