Made @Rosette pumpkin spice cake mix on a jelly roll pan, then divided in 3 pieces, layered with cream cheese frosting, topped with walnuts and low carb chocolate chips. For my pumpkin loving son’s birthday. Verdict: tastes just like the carb laden pumpkin roll we used to love.
