Here’s the rest of my darn crazy week’s exercise accountability.. Thursday: *Walking warmup *TUT Strength Training w/weights. Upped the weights to 15lbs for 3 of 5 moves. The last 2 are staying at 12lbs for now. 🤷♀️ *Resistance bands *Afternoon/Evening Disney Day 🐭🏰❤️ so lots of steps & walking…Great day! ….and then Thursday night happened….absolute worst night in as long as I can remember. Sick a good part of the night with major tummy issues. No idea from what or where. My Oura ring sure picked it up though! 😑 Friday: *Thankfully after a very miserable night I actually felt pretty ok by the time Friday morning rolled around. Spent a little time getting some light step exercise videos in, a short arm workout and a nice relaxing outdoor walk. Definite self care time was had. Saturday & Sunday *Weekend of extreme fun reorganizing our storage unit!! Thankfully all movement matters cuz, well it just does! That’s the rule. 😉 *Also managed an outdoor walk on both days! Very happy tomorrow starts a new week!
