Happy Sunday everyone!! How are you today? We are visiting friends for lunch and so I prepared a few keto goodies to take a long / accidentally broke fast tasting the rainbow cookies and so I had also decided to have some cheese and homemade keto crackers to hold me over. I am trying to remind myself not to taste the food during fasting hours but sometimes it sneaks by me and instincetively do it so I try to balance it with a shorter eating window.
