One way I measure success of fasting is monitoring my glucose and ketones by tracking my DBR (glucose/ketones). My goal when fasting is to be at <40 and on fasting day <100. This habit reminds me of the chemistry that will make me healthy. Today was 32. My glucose still not stellar but I'm making ketones. Slow and steady wins the race!
