Beginning of the week movement! Monday: *Walking warm-up *Cardio video using an exercise step *HIIT using an exercise step *1 mile after “no-dinner” walk, added incline Tuesday: *Walking warm-up *Resistance bands session x2 *TUT strength training w/dumbbells (used 12lbs for all 5 moves x 4 rounds today. 👍) *Planning to hop on the treadmill for at least part of today’s meeting since it’ll be a webinar format! 🚶♀️🚶♀️🚶♀️ *Added a short 10 min after-my-meal walk! Wednesday: *Walking warm-up *Did some lower body work, some core work & just for fun a couple of short boxing videos! *Hoping to get an outdoor walk later if the rain stays away otherwise I’ll hop on the treadmill. *Also a planned after meal walk. #keeponkeepingon
