End of work week recap: Nailed #5kstepsbeforework every day this week and crushed my daily step goals to boot. #5amcrew workouts: Monday - upper body RB (day off work, so not 5 AM) Tuesday - core RB Wednesday - lower body RB Thursday - upper body RB Friday - core RB (upped band strength with Jedi mind tricks) Saturday - lower body RB and absolutely crushed my deadlifts This week, I ate almost 💯 carnivore, sans the home-canned salsa on my eggs. Did two meals a day to make sure I nailed my protein intake (nailed it!) and opted for eating before work and then again at lunch break. Fasted after lunch break/dinner time through —> post morning workout. Lots and lots of eggs this week for both meals. My psoriasis inflammation was almost zilch. My body saying thank you!! Going to keep going with it. Workouts felt great. Body felt great. Mind felt great.
