Getting the Saturday morning work-out in, even without my work-out buddy. The conversation in my head was "do you really think you can lift 15lbs on a dumbell bench press". Wondered if I should wait a little longer. I decided to prove that voice wrong. When I picked up the weights to go to the area I was working in, it was, ooh those are heavy, decided to try anyways and was successful😊. Only did 8 reps per set, had mentally allowed myself less so that was a win. Added a little more time to rowing in the warm-up as well. Happy weekend everyone.
