Had some PR lifts this morning. 50 pound dumbbell curls felt manageable with the adjustable dumbbells. The weight distribution was different from a regular 50 pounder. I was really scratching my head at how brutal it was to go up from 45 to 50, but the type of dumbbell made a difference. 225 deadlift felt the lightest yet, might add a little bit next week, though that depends on how fasted I am for the workouts.
