I liked it! *Outdoor walk ☀️ *Planned walk with incline after dinner. *Typically today would have been strength training with bands & weights but I was a bit sore this morning so I decided to push it out and add it to tomorrow’s (Friday) schedule. 👍 This is the step I originally bought. I’d like to see if I can find another attachment to make it a little higher though.
