#fastfeb Completed a 49.5 hour fast this evening. That’s the longest one I’ve ever done! I started on Sunday evening with @olga24 @Vic Basmadjian & @Amy Eiges and finished up tonight with a nice lettuce wrapped bacon cheeseburger with some tasty green beans on the side. Not the bone broth & eggs I had planned but it worked just fine for me. 🤷‍♀️ Fasting with buddies is a great motivational tool. I’ll for sure do another one! Thanks guys! 🫶🫶🫶
