Successful Monday & Tuesday workout-wise! Monday: Cardio Day *Walking warm-up video *HIIT *Tried a new (to me anyway) cardio “step” video *Outdoor walk in the sunshine ☀️ Tuesday: Strength Training Day *Walking warm-up video *TUT Strength Training session (w/weights) *Strength Training w/bands x2 Best part of the above workouts was that I was fasted both days! Started a fast on Sunday night & will break it @ 48 hours this evening! Worked out great! 💪💪💪 **Also gonna get my walk on at Disney this evening! Life is good!
