My Plan - <20 grams carbs or less a day Reduce fat to 20% Overall calories (yes calories) to <1200 Exercise daily (for now) 20 minutes Since I work and commute it’s beyond difficult to attend meetings. It would be nice to be able to listen to Dr Tro’s lectures recorded. I really like the LoCarbMD podcasts. I work in healthcare and impossible to find staff!
