I hacked a 40 year old crockpot to cook l reuteri yogurt An off the shelf temp controller from Amazon I attached the temp probe to the outside of the ceramic part Going to let it test for a few hours it’s getting up to temp now I used the probe wrapped in Saran Wrap last time but I don’t want any bacterial contamination so I decided to try it this way
