Weekly check-in: Feeling great about my new schedule and crushing my daily goals. #5kstepsbeforework has been on point and keeps me motivated to get out of bed. Used my first paycheck to buy myself a heavier set of resistance bands. Upped the resistance and my muscles are loving the #gruntsandgiggles !! My lever has been exercise and protein intake and I feel rock solid on those now after five weeks back in the workforce. My next lever will be sleep — which has been pretty good with lifting heavier and being on my feet all day, but I’d like to score some 90 sleep scores. Monday - upper body RB and weekly cleaning Tuesday - core RB Wednesday - lower body RB Thursday - upper body RB Friday - core RB Saturday - lower body RB For the elliptical sprinkles, I have been spending that time really focusing on my posture, breathing, and relaxing my grip on the handles so my legs do most of the work. Oh, and we survived -50° F. It is 20 above now and that 70 degree swing makes it feel like Spring!! Bring on the sun!☀️
