#fastfeb Just thought I’d throw this out there in case anyone else is interested! @olga24 & I will be starting a fast on Sunday after our respective meals. Mine will be AFTER I’ve enjoyed my Low Carb Super Bowl Food (wings, chili, deviled eggs, bread cheese “fries” & maybe some kind of dip with celery or carrots 🤷‍♀️!) We’re shooting for somewhere around 36+ish hours depending on our individual start times. Nothing is set in stone & no pressures to stop, start, keep going or not. It’s all individual depending on what works for anyone, including us! We’re inviting anyone interested to join us for it! You can do any length of fast, start time or end time that works for you! We’ve put a couple of plans in place for breaking OUR fasts & will have everything we need at our fingertips to help make sure it’s a success! Feel free to share any thoughts or strategies you have. *A nice warm cup of liquid gold (bone broth) will be first on our agenda. *Second will be a scrambled egg or two (or a hard boiled egg or two.) **And then we’ll continue with a meal that is satiating & low carb. Transparently I know that I pretty much have an iron stomach (fortunately or unfortunately however you look at that) so I could probably eat all-the-things & more right away with no tummy distress. Know your limitations though plus going slow helps quell the desire to “make up for lost time.” 😬 I’ll add my start time in a comment on this post on Sunday! Join us if you are able & want to! 😎🫶👏
