This a.m. at the gym was consistency, not perfection. Had a busy night last night,family over and a few glasses of wine...in addition to grandpup sitting. I didn't feel like going to the gym,but did this morning. It wasn't the most perfect workout but got it done. Be consistent, not perfect. Then I got to come home to Violet, our Portugese Water Dog grandpup 😁
