Grunts and Giggles was mostly grunts tonight. There was 10 of us and it was Pi-Yo, a combination of pilates and yoga. Definitely had the heart rate up at times. Lots of work on the big muscle groups. We know it's going to be a tough class when the warm-up feels like a work out. The instructor is very good at giving options for ability and breaks for water.
