Starting this mornings smart workout, I did a 900 pound leg press without an assist. First time since October. The most I’ve ever done was 970 unassisted and 1080 assisted. My hips can get very tight from all the walking I do, and that saps my strength to launch the leg press. Lately I stick to 900 as a starter set and do a set of vertical squats to really exhaust the legs, typically that’s only 230-270
