Accountability check-in: Monday: *Walking warmup video *Walking cardio on treadmill *HIIT *After meal walk Tuesday: *Walking warmup video *Strength Training session 1 w/bands (I upped my resistance to the “heavy” bands today! ) *Strength Training session 2, TUT w/dumbbells (I used my 12lb weights for the last 2 rounds. On Thursday I’ll use them for all 4 rounds! 🤞) *1 mile treadmill walk w/incline. (4% for 12 min.) *Short after meal walk. Rain & more rain here in SoCal so very grateful for YouTube and the few pieces of equipment I have here at home so I can just get it done! ✅ Wednesday: *Today was cardio day! *Walking warmup video *2 HIIT workouts *2 Boxing workouts *Treadmill walk w/incline (4% for 10 minutes; 5% for 10 minutes) *Planned short after meal walk 😎🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️😎 Thursday: *Strength Training Day! *1.25 mile warmup treadmill walk w/a little incline (2.5-3%) *Resistance Band workout x 2 *TUT Strength Training (used 12 lbs for all rounds except overheads, used 8 lbs.) I’ve had surgery on both shoulders so I don’t play with that! *After meal walk Friday: *HIIT *Treadmill walk 1.5 miles Saturday: Had a bunch of stuff going on today & then heading out to be a caregiver for my SIL through Sunday morning. No real organized exercise happening but getting steps, closing rings & spending time with one of my favorite people! Life is good… ❤️❤️❤️
