This is what a short 10-15 min walking video after a meal can do for you! Meal prepped and quickly had lunch before I have to run outta the house for an appt. Meal was homemade chili & salad. Sometimes lots of tomatoes & onions will pop my BG up a little bit but so will meal prepping so 🤷‍♀️. The answer was to turn on a short YouTube video and walk it off! Don’t sleep on this strategy. It works any time of the day! Winner winner (no chicken dinner…at least not yet!) 😎😂
