Fasting February is upon us!! During High Accountability month I started flexing my One-Meal-A-Day (OMAD) muscle again, aiming for 3-4 days a week of OMAD. Last night I started a longer fast, aiming to get to 45 hours breaking it tomorrow afternoon. Take a look at this schedule and modify based on where you are at in this process. #FastFeb
