Hi online people! I bought myself access to a cgm (in the UK) but probably can’t afford to do it often. Had it running about 3 days and seen a good example of a “healthy” carb response - deliberately done but not something I want to do often ofc. I’ve fasted on and off with varying intensity and consistency for a while now and want this to help me to keep that consistency. Today I’m testing how a 48 hour fast looks on the cgm - I’m not jumping in, I’ve worked my way back up to this after tightening up the expanding eating windows once again… Any other fun ideas (apart from testing foods specifically) for cgm motivation?
