Currently listening to the book “nature wants us to be fat” by Richard Johnson. Very interesting on some of the evolutionary/genetic reasons that predisposed to weight gain. On average 15 to 20% of calories in peoples diet come from sugar daily (Combination of sucrose and high fructose corn syrup, and over 25% in some sub groups)
