So I honestly thought I was doing great but this is the first time I feel discouraged since going low-carb. I’ve been extremely dedicated to eating KETO for at least 4 full weeks now. Even when in Hawaii last week I was very strict with staying KETO. I finally got one of those Keto blood level test things and my Keto level is ONLY 0.2. From what I read, one needs to be AT LEAST 0.5 to be in the state of Ketosis. What gives??? Perhaps I’m being sloppier than I realize in my eating choices? What say you?
