Mid week checkin: Getting back to some sort of an actual exercise routine after several days out of town. Got back to some cardio & strength training at the end of last week too so that helped lead the way heading into this week! Monday: *ST w/bands *Core & 3-4 miles of walking inc. after meal walk Tuesday: *Cardio, ST (weights) & treadmill after dinner incline walk Wednesday: *Cardio, HIIT & 3 miles walking (1 after dinner) Thursday: *TUT ST (weights) & 1.5 miles walking (so far) After dinner walking planned ✅ Treadmill w/incline. Friday: *Disney Day! Lots of walking & steps! 🚶♀️🚶♀️🚶♀️ Saturday: *Cardio *Walking Sunday: *Power walking warmup *Double strength training w/bands *More walking w/arm exercises *Planned after meal walk And that’s a wrap folks! Now off for a nice celebratory pedicure for my daughter who starts a “new” job tomorrow morning!
