So today i got on the scale and unexpectedly went down 5 lbs and hit my goal weight. Im so thankful to God for all his help and strength and im also so thankful for this app and Dr. Tro for the wealth of knowledge accumulated here and shared on places like X. Im 2 weeks out from my surgery and hope to go even lower and be able to coast while i recover from surgery. Im so beyond happy. This is down from a max weight of over 450lbs. I dont know exactly how much i weighed because my scales all read error until i hit 450.
