I had a steroid shot in the bottom of my foot today and it is still pretty sore. But I got in steps (maybe limping a bit thru it) with a walk in city park to see the tulips, then the museum for the Queen Nefertari exhibit, followed by a birthday lunch for my oldest son...crawfish and grilled shrimp salad for me (he had an alligator poboy.) It was slow for a while but as we walked my foot felt better and better and only a minor limp now. Hoping the shot helps and makes it easier to increase activity levels!
