For those who wanted the Keto Thai Chicken recipe, here it is: -1/2 lb cooked and cut up bonless chicken -spray a pan to keep chicken from sticking while you make the sauce. -while chicken warms up, in a separate bowl mix the following: —-4 TBSP peanut butter powder and 6 TBSP water till blended —-add to PB, 2 TBSP siracha (more or less depending on your spice preference) —-1 TBSP sesame oil —-2 TBSP coconut aminos (more or less based on your preference) —-chopped up scallions (I used 2 TBSP dehydrated ones) Once sauce it mixed, add to chicken in the pan till heated through. I crushed some peanuts on top for crunch but you don’t have to. Enjoy and tastes even better reheated the next day!!
