Was craving Thai food which is often not keto friendly I find because of the sugary sauces so I made my own (must give my husband credit for the inspiration)! It’s grilled chicken cooked in a peanut sauce made from powdered PB, water, siracha, coconut aminos, scallions, and crushed peanuts on top (optional)! So delicious…picture doesn’t do it justice.
