The first week at work was sitting and reading SOP’s, so I needed something to push me earlier in the day. Thank you, my beautiful friend!!! Game changer!! Super proud of myself for completing week two work/resistance training juggle. I did wake up early each day to get in a solid hour of resistance bands in (or 40 resistance + 20 elliptical on lower body and core days). #5AMCrew ✅Monday: Meal prep, weekly cleaning, ironing, walking ✅Tuesday: Upper body ✅Wednesday: Core + elliptical 20 ✅Thursday: Lower body + elliptical 20 ✅Friday: Upper body ✅Saturday: Lower body + elliptical 20 (I was off rotation because my husband was sleeping downstairs and lower body bands are the quietest … grunting during deadlifts excluded lol) — bonus workout that day lugging the flat cart around Costco doing shopping for the blood bank 💪😁 ✅Sunday: Meal prep and laundry
