Well to the end of 6 - 3 day fasts in a row Tro said not to run my ketones over 5 I’m down about 20 lbs Sugar is great Ketones are within range Now I’m going to try to do mostly Protein Sparing Modified Fasting for a while One of the meals I had the other day was some PMSF noodles made from egg whites and beef gelatin with ricotta, mozzarella and sauce and it didn’t do much to my weight Working on creating a spreader today to make the noodle creation a little more even
