Had to chase this beast this morning at the gym 😉. I normally do a whole body workout at the gym every other day,which concludes with a 50 minute H.I.I.T. workout on the elliptical. Decided this week to moderately cut back on the H.I.I.T. (40min), increasing the RPM for a few months, also increasing the amount and type of weight training. Will see if any noticeable changes occur 🤷♂️. #marchmovement
