I did a last second trip halfway across the globe. While I was able to eat low-carb at the airport and on the plane, I didn’t plan enough stuff to keep on me until I get a chance to go shopping. I’m at a friend’s residence and he’s throwing a big dinner ( Lasagna!!!) I told him about my new “diet” so he’s trying to find something else for me. I want to be polite but I don’t wanna ruin all the hard work I’ve put in the past three or four weeks. What has worked for any of you while traveling? I had a good session with Brian yesterday and he gave me some great tips. I just didn’t prepare well enough and haven’t had the chance to get to a store yet. Just sending this out to get some experience, strength, and hope!
