I didn't exercise today but I did go to physio this morning. I STRUGGLE with balance which is effecting my workouts. I don't know if it is a lack of strength or that with something else. Physio seemed like the next logical step for me as what I am doing seems to have plateaued. Part of the journey is listening to your body and taking action when the "check engine light" comes on.
