#timetosoar24 Mid week check-in: Monday: *Did some cardio *Did a TUT strength training workout (weights) *Got a balance & core workout in *1.5 mile outdoor walk & a 1 mile treadmill walk after eating Tuesday: Cleaners day so walked outside earlier than usual but didn’t record it! 🤷‍♀️ *HIIT workout *Strength Training (bands) Tried out my new resistance bands. Used the “light” ones in the first move and switched to the “medium” resistance bands right away. I like that with my new ones I can track that! Helps to see the progress. 💪 Wednesday: Disney day with a small group of fellow retirees from my school! It was pretty amazing watching my CGM numbers with all the excited clucking going on! For me there was no food involved! AND once I got home from that I turned around and went back with my other Disney buddy (my daughter) once she got off work and closed the place down! *Lots of walks *Lots of steps *Lots of standing First pic = all us old folks Second = my CGM during the excited “clucking!” Third pic = the stats for the day. Thursday: *In spite of having jury duty and being somewhat stuck in one place for a good part of the day I was able to close all my Apple watch & Oura ring goals, recorded 2 walks (one 1.5m outdoor + one 1 mile treadmill) & ended with over 10k steps for the day. Friday: *Walking warmup *HIIT workout that incorporated resistance bands. It was a new one I haven’t done before & I’ll for sure do it again! 😳 My arms were on 🔥! *Also did a 2nd more general cardio video. *After dinner walk Saturday: *Walking warmup *Lighter strength training w/weights *HIIT Sunday:
