This one is tough. I’ve always been told that hummus is very healthy (especially homemade w/o seed oils) and high in protein. Any suggestions for a good substitute other than cottage cheese, Greek yogurt? Also, I have 4 bags of FlavCity protein smoothies that I don’t think I’m allowed to have. I bought them after a lot of searching for the “cleanest” one out there. But then stated this program a few week’s ago 🤦🏼♀️. Anyone have a good “clean” and low carb one in a pinch?
