Is it ok to eat the same things everyday? I’ve heard in the past that you can develop food intolerance if you do so. In order to get my protein in w/o protein shakes I basically eat Greek plain yogurt/blueberry smoothie; beef; walnuts; cottage cheese; eggs. I didn’t think it was good to consume that much dairy. Is this true? TIA
