Monday: *Walking warmup video to start *HIIT workout *Balance workout (these are short 5-10 min) *Outdoor afternoon walk 1.5 miles *After dinner walk on treadmill Tuesday: *Cardio workout *Double strength training workouts using resistance bands *Outdoor afternoon walk 1.5 miles *After dinner walk on treadmill Wednesday: *Walking workout video *HIIT workout *Balance workout *Outdoor afternoon walk 1.5 miles (after the mini mtg) *After dinner walk on treadmill Thursday: *Walking warmup *Balance work *TUT (time-under-tension) Strength Training 4 total s—l—o—w sets (6-7 per set) -rows (10lb weights) -bicep curls (10lb weights) -2 sets each of alternating “dresser” pushups/heel raises (10 lb weights) -overhead triceps (10lb weight) -squats (10lb weight) *Outdoor afternoon walk 1.2 miles Friday: *Walking warmup *Cardio *Boxing workout *Balance work (tried some Tai chi today) *Outdoor walk planned *After dinner walk of some sort planned Happy Friday all! **I’ll edit if the planned stuff doesn’t happen & to add the weekend’s activities.
