The two levers I’m going for are added fat ( Vic’s reminder that if you add fat to your food you won’t use your own fat….) and exercise ( those who exercise in the mornings retain weight loss and life style ). It’s taking a monumental effort to not go for cheese when I’m emotionally ‘hungry’. Drinking water , tea, seltzer…… Also i did exercise this morning but I’m not sure how to keep it going. Have a PLAN and remember my WHY is what I’ve got today. Other suggestions ???? Thanks for being there everyone.
