Finally back to my wt training! My injury is doing well, I’m done being sick, and happy to be back at it! New weight rack & wts from my son for Christmas. 🥰 50 minute workout, Mindpump Media MAPS Resistance program. Ironically my son’s girlfriend did a FB live on exercise tonight. She recommended if starting out or after a break to do just 2 days/week. I’d planned the usual 3X/this week but 2 days for starting back up is a smarter decision!
