I love Fitbits for their activity tracking, but they fall a bit short with nutrition advice, at least for me. I haven’t eaten breakfast in almost two years. I don’t know maybe when I get to goal weight, I’ll have to add in breakfast, but it definitely won’t be the foods they suggested! Also, 8 miles of my steps today were horseback. My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon ride on our horses.
