Continue HIIT/Cardio workouts 3 - 4 x weekly ✔️✔️✔️✔️ 3. Balance & Core workouts. Shoot for 3 - 4 times weekly ✔️✔️✔️✔️ 4. Walking…any speed, any time frame, just walk e.v.e.r.y day! 6 of 7 days I officially recorded a walk although I did technically *walk* on New Year’s Day, I just didn’t record it! *New resistance bands ordered *Heavier weights ordered Feeling good & getting back on track! 👍👍
