I've had some modest goals for the week as I am still trying to get into this lifestyle. The holidays felt impossible, but that's ok. Here is where I'm at: 1. Recommit to limiting caffeine (especially Diet Dr. Peppers) and drink more water. 2. Get at least 6 hours of sleep. I turn into a total night owl during school breaks and weekends. 3. Move on from the holiday foods that inevitably came into our house and not get ingredients that will allow me to make that kind of stuff anymore. 4. Use my VR headset exercise program everyday to do a workout, stretch or meditate. I'm looking forward to the Boca convention! I have a digital ticket.
