You know what I was thinking about yesterday on my treadmill jog? How far my mind and body have come. I started two years and four months ago marching in place and/or walking a figure 8 from our bedroom, into the man cave, back again. After 15 minutes or so, my ankles would swell and my feet would ache. Yesterday I jogged the 39 minutes — minus the first minute. Had I started my timer when I started the jog, I would have done a 5k under 39 minutes (next time!). I am so stinking proud of myself. Keep after it. Keep showing up for yourself. You are worthy and you deserve it. Weekly recap: - Monday upper body resistance bands (all days with walk/jog treadmill intervals) - Tuesday core bands - Wed lower body bands - Thurs upper body bands - Friday 5k and then day date with hubs running errands ❤️ Today is core bands and tomorrow is lower body bands.
