Friday after work is always a great time to go, there are few to none there. Got on the rower, put the tunes on and worked out stress from the day. I don’t have stamina so I do 4 minutes at a time with a minute or two break in-between for a drink and quick rest. Hope to work on endurance in 2024. Had a good session with weights too.
