#timetosoar24 I’m getting there! Today’s readiness & sleep score compared to a week ago’s score… What habits I’ve put back in place after the holiday season: 1) Cleaned up my space from all the “junk” that was laying around. I live with non-Low Carbers so completely eliminating it from my house isn’t a thing but everyone keeping THEIR stuff in THEIR own space is, so we’re back there now. 👍 2) Food has been bought & prepped to a certain extent. Quick options are available! 🥓🥩🥗🥦 3) EXERCISE is back in full swing thanks to #timetosoar24 ! 🥳 4) Making time for podcasts, books & meetings is back! 🎧📖🗓️ 5) Getting into bed a little earlier (not much but a little) to give myself time to relax & unwind without screens. It shows. 🥱😴 6) It’s amazing how some of the stress disappears when you work the plan… 😉🤷‍♀️🫶 💡 Reminder: Carol, work.the.plan!
