Moment of venting here... I really love fruits and veggies, and 1000% believe they are great for you to eat. However, I'm frustrated that a tiny serving of black beans, sweet potatoes, or an apple puts me over my carb limit for the day! I'm going to miss these foods a lot. Eating so much eggs and plain meat is starting to feel tedious and it's only been about a week. I would love some encouragement and maybe some food ideas! Thx :)
